- Explore breathtaking Glen Coe stepped in legends and history
- Discover Outlander connections in Fort William
- Try to spot the Loch Ness Monster from the iconic Urquhart Castle
Itinerary for our Glasgow to Inverness Private Tour/Transfer:
Day 1:
We pick you from your preferred location in Glasgow and head north on the scenic route along the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond. A stop in the national park for a beach stroll in Luss will put us in a good mood before driving through the most iconic road in Scotland. In Glen Coe we’ll make frequent stops to admire the mountains, lochans and waterfalls, and take time to learn the tragic clan history of that special place. We rest for the night in Fort William – Scottish outdoor capital tucked between the sea and Ben Nevis.
Day 2:
Our journey up north leads through the Great Glen and we make our first stop in Fort Augustus. Here you’ll get to appreciate the engineering marvel of the Caledonian Canal, look out for Nessie from the southern tip of Loch Ness or even take an optional cruise on its blue waters. We follow the western bank to Urquhart Castle – one of the most recognisable historic attractions in Scotland and inspiration for many legends and movies. Finally we make our way to Inverness, where we leave you at your preferred spot with our recommendations on what to see and do in the city.
This tour can take you up to Inverness or bring you down south from the Highlands to Glasgow. If you’re interested in the second option, simply drop us a line and we can provide you with a detailed itinerary.
